Return and Exchange Policy
Lovier Skin cares about whether you love our products! For any issues on our products, breakage and damage, please email email@example.com. Your order will be eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days from when your order is placed. We are happy to help!
For a refund or exchange, please email with the following details:
1. Order number and items for refund or exchange
2. Reason for refund or exchange
3. Photo proof in event of damage of item
*Please note that any reason that relates to “change of mind” given the item is in perfect condition will not be approved. However, we will always listen to your reasons and do our best to help out!
Once a refund is approved, we will send you an email with the airway bill for return of the item, and a courier will arrive to pick up the item. Your order will be refunded.
Once an exchange is approved, we will send you an email with the airway bill for return of the item and a courier will arrive to pick up the item. We will also notify you on the details of the new item on the way back to you.
Shipping charges for refunds and exchanges are free of charge and on us!
